Cubeecraft Papercraft

Some cute and well created paper models are available from Cubeecraft, apparently a new model every week! They all have interlocking tabs for easy construction, no need for glue, which is a nice change :) Excellent stuff, I'm going to keep my eyes on this one week by week to see what they release next.

Second Life Papercraft

This is an interesting project from Ars Electronica - taking objects from Second Life and recreating them as downloadable paper models, check the about page for a full breakdown. There are a few interesting objects that you can grab and print out for yourself, the donut pictured above, a coffee machine, a hat, a chicken, a TV and plenty more to keep you entertained...

Paper Valentines Heart

Right, you have the perfect present for your valentine? What are you going to put it in? How about a handmade papercraft heart giftbox?

Valentines Day Pop Up Cards

Wow, Valentines Day isn't far away! As a recently married man I need to be on my A game this year :) So over the next couple of weeks I'm going to do my best to find the best papercraft and paper related goodies that you can make that special person in your life this year.

First we are going to need a card right? I'm a big fan of popup cards personally so here's a couple to get the ball rolling!

You have got to love Japanese corporations approach to Papercraft, it almost seems like every business has to have a papercraft or two of their product or service, case in point check out the ships on the NYK site, I'm guessing these guys are ship builders?

C3PO paper model

Now you can be just like Anakin Skywalker and build your own C3PO model :) One of my favourite characters from the Star Wars universe, C3PO always seemed to be stressed about something and got dragged from one adventure to another with his various owners.
